One shoulder is embroidered with "Chicago" the other with "Blackhawks". "NHL Western Conference" embroidered on the sleeve with the Blackhawk Indian head on the chest - along with "Blackhawks" written across the front.........the back is just as beautifully embroidered with "Chicago" and the large Indian head.
