Shipping and Return Policy at Martin's Big and Tall

RETURN POLICY

All exchanges/returns must be sent to the following address:

We will gladly make exchanges/refunds on any new unaltered merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Exchanges/refunds must include copy of original invoice or receipt and any labels included in original packaging.

We cannot credit any merchandise that has been altered, or worn. Underwear and socks that have been opened cannot be returned for credit.

Customer is responsible for all shipping charges back to Martin's Big and Tall, we do not credit shipping charges unless we were in error or merchandise is deemed to be defective from the manufacturer.

Martin's Big and Tall is proud to offer UPS and USPS as our preferred method of shipping within the 48 States. Standard Shipping refers to UPS Ground Service or USPS Priority, whichever is more cost effective. We can ship UPS expedited service, which will be calculated at the time of purchase.  UPS does not ship to P.O. boxes.  We can ship to P.O. and APO boxes via the United States Postal Service (USPS).  Shipments to APO boxes, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico will be sent via USPS with costs calculated at the time of shipments.
 
Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. on Fridays may not be shipped out until the following Monday.
